Thank you for shopping with Dent Tool Warehouse. We are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery of your order. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Processing Times

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and cleared.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

While we strive to meet our dispatch timeframes, delays may occasionally occur during peak periods (hail season), stock shortages, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

All shipments (with the exception of larger international orders) will be processed through our Shipping broker Shippit.
The carriers used for Australian domestic and small international parcels are:

• Australia Post
• FedEx / TNT
• Aramex

For Larger international orders these will ship via Fedex/UPS or DHL

The carrier selected for your shipment will depend on the size, weight, destination, and service requirements of your order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Australia and New Zealand.

For international shipping enquiries, please contact us at sales@denttoolwarehouse.com.au before placing your order and we will provide you the best options and rates.

The customer is responsible for all customs and duties charges at their destination. 

Delivery Timeframes

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

• Delivery location
• Package dimensions
• Package weight
• Selected shipping service

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from our shipping provider Shippit which will contain all available tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and although these are generally in real time may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Authority to Leave

By default, shipments will require a signature upon delivery.

If you request "Authority to Leave" (ATL), you acknowledge that:

• The parcel may be left unattended at the delivery address.
• Responsibility for the parcel transfers to you once delivery has been completed by the carrier.
• Dent Tool Warehouse is not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery.

 Delivery Delays

While we endeavour to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier network disruptions
• Severe weather events
• Public holidays
• Customs processing (for international shipments)
• Incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

• Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
• Refunds may be reduced by any shipping costs incurred.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of any damage (if applicable)
• A description of the issue

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Dent Tool Warehouse. We take pride in the quality of our tools and want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our policies regarding returns, refunds, and warranties.

1. Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item for a change of mind or incorrect selection:

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them – no exceptions.
• Restocking Fee: All change of mind returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right to waive or lower this fee on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
• Shipping: Shipping fees for change of mind returns are to be covered by the purchaser. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

2. Warranty & Defective Products

• Standard Warranty: All products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in the product description or sales invoice.
• Reporting a Fault: If you believe a product is defective or faulty, you must submit a claim via email to sales@denttoolwarehouse.com.au.
• Requirements: Your email must include your order number and clear photos or videos supporting the reported fault.
• Return Process: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us.
• Customer Repair: We may be able to send you replacement parts with detailed instructions on how to fit them.  This will be discussed with you prior to sending any parts.

3. Inspections & Exclusions

• Physical Damage: Upon receipt, all returned items undergo a technical inspection. If the product fault is determined to be due to physical damage, misuse, or improper handling, the warranty claim will be declined, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.
• Final Approval: Refunds or replacements will only be processed once the item has been received and the fault is verified.  Once approved the item will either be repaired or a replacement supplied. 
• Discontinued items: If a product is no longer available and cannot be repaired we will offer you a refund or changeover to alternative product.
