Yes. Our showroom is at 188 Settlement Rd, Thomastown, Victoria 3074, open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. You're welcome to handle the tools in person and get expert guidance before buying.

We don't run training in-house, but we recommend Dentrix AU (based in Brisbane, QLD) for PDR training in Australia.

We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand. International orders are available on request email sales@denttoolwarehouse.com.au for a quote. (Customers are responsible for any customs and duty fees.)

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment clears. After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

• Melbourne Metro: 1–3 business days
• Major Australian cities: 2–5 business days
• Regional areas: 3–10 business days

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, and the parcel's size and weight.

Domestic and smaller parcels ship via Australia Post, FedEx/TNT, or Aramex (through our Shippit system). Larger international orders go via FedEx, UPS, or DHL.

Yes, by default. You can request "Authority to Leave" instead, but you accept liability for loss or damage once the parcel is left.

My order arrived damaged, or hasn't arrived — what do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos, and we'll help resolve it.

For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in as-delivered condition.

A 20% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns (we may reduce or waive this at our discretion, case by case). Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and original outbound shipping is non-refundable.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
